Runner support
Runner is still in private development. The product manual and public support commitments will be published after release behavior is frozen.
Does Runner need a continuous internet connection?
No. Speech recognition and automation run on the Mac. A connection is needed for trial creation, activation, periodic license refreshes, and account or billing changes.
Does Runner require a website account while it runs?
No. Runner uses a license key and a signed, device-bound offline receipt. The website account is only for billing and device management.
What can Runner control?
Runner can execute user-defined keyboard, pointer, text, application, macro, and script actions. Packs organize those actions for any application or workflow.
How are updates delivered?
Runner uses manual downloads. It does not install a background updater or interrupt work with automatic-update prompts.
